High-quality stainless steel service trolley
The robust service trolley made of stainless steel is a practical companion in your production. It allows the necessary maintenance work on the soldering pot and ensures a safe transport of the equipment.
The table frame and the tool tray are made of stainless steel. The dross waste gets through a hole with a funnel-shaped chute into the waste container underneath. The trolley has a double drawer that offers additional storage for maintenance materials. The four swivel castors with a total lock ensure safe work during maintenance. The service trolley can be expanded with a variety of options. All stainless steel parts are glass-bead blasted ensuring clean and homogeneous surfaces.

Management handed over to Frederik Wallrath and Michael Schmäck
After 32 years of successful business management, Hermann Classen and Joachim Schmäck handed over the management to the long-standing employees Frederik Wallrath and Michael Schmäck on January 1st, 2022.
SCS GmbH was founded by three young men in Viersen in August 1990. Over time it has developed into a renowned provider - it supplies solutions for soldering processes, protective coatings, sawing, milling or grouting processes in the field of electronics production. SCS GmbH is a reliable partner you can count on throughout the entire process of consulting, development, design and manufacture. Our company has customers worldwide and we put emphasis on achieving best concept and quality production.
The competent and professional successors are experienced industry experts. They will continue maintaining business and customer relationships at a high standards. Herrmann Classen and Joachim Schmäck are still active in the company and support the company as advisors.

productronica 2021
Our team is always excited to attend productronia, which was without exception a great opportunity to get in touch with our visitors, customers and business partners and to present them our novel and innovative products.
However, after a thorough evaluation of the current corona situation considering the rapid international spread of the delta variant, fluctuating incidences and numerous customer discussions, we decided not to attend the productronica this year.
We regret the situation, but protecting the health of our customers, employees and the general public is our top priority.
We hope that the pandemic will be soon contained and that we will be able to welcome you again at our booth at the next event.

New sales employee
Mr. Serif Siyak fills the position of "technical sales" in our company since August 1st 2021. In addition to providing technical advice on our application-specific product portfolio, he will also be responsible for correspondence and the development of customer-specific solutions in technical equipment and devices.
In the past, Mr. Siyak has hold various executive sales positions for large and medium-sized international companies in the automotive and investment goods industries.
Because to his wealth of experience and technical know-how, he will quickly work into the production processes of our customers, determine requirements and work out efficient solutions.
Together we intend to get even closer to the processes of our customers and to support them with our services even faster and more efficiently and to optimize our service.

Storage system for ILR2800 equipment
The new storage and transport module is developed for holding four complete tool sets for the Schunk ILR2800 inline depaneling system. It is perfectly tailored to your needs.
The system is designed to accommodate four complete tool sets, in a set consisting of the three grippers for manipulating the panel, panel margin and the individual switching as well as the two milling adapter sets.
The grippers are stored on a tray with specific mounting adapters and can be easily removed from the module and placed on the working surface of the module. Of course, all maintenance, set-up and cleaning tasks can then be carried out in the ergonomic position at a height of one meter.
The SCS storage and transport modules are manufactured in the color RAL 7035 ESD-compatible, powder-coated and delivered pre-assembled ready for use.
