The new individually tailor-made storage and transport module as perfect retainer for high-quality EOL test equipment
The new system line of storage and transport modules is developed individually for your requested. No matter which shape your components have, we create the right nest to hold your high-quality equipment such as test adapters, test electronics boxes or product carriers for test systems efficiently and safely.
The full pull-out units can be equipped with conductive POM-ELS moldings for defined positioning of the equipment. The number of full sliding modules is variable. The pull-out control allows that only one sliding module per column is active. That ensures stability of the entire transport module.
The SCS systems are produced in RAL 7035 color, ESD-suitable powder-coated and delivered pre-assembled ready for use.
The picture shows a mobile SCS storage and transport module with two lockable front doors with windows and 15 full pull-out units. The ESD-suitable castors have two total locks, which secure the module while standing. The corpus is two-column and offers sufficient space for test electronics boxes and the appropriate product carriers. Additional, a full pull-out unit is provided for the maintenance equipment and the corresponding tools always handy.

Your device manufacturing partner on the SMTconnect 2019
With a positive resume, we returned from this year's SMTconnect from Nuremberg. As a new product, we presented for the first time an innovative assembly module for the joining process of a flex PCB in a plastic housing. Our presentations met with great interest among the fairgoer.
This year, too, we had the impression that the exhibition space at SMTconnect had become smaller and visitor numbers were declining.
Many interesting discussions with prospective customers give us a positive view for a future cooperation.

Europe`s leading industry event for system integration in microelectronics is getting closer and closer. On the 6th May we are going to Nürnberg to the SMTconnect. We are again represented there with our own stand and we invite you to visit us from Tuesday to Thursday in hall 4, booth 121.

SCS projects and realises complex assembly processes when process reliability top priority is.
This is especially true whenever, for example, with the highest precision, sensitive PCB such as Flex-PCBs must be joined in plastic holding structures.
With our modular assembly parts a higher availability and flexibility compared to inline systems can be achieved.
Of course, the SCS mounting module is designed as an electrically height adjustable standing and sitting workplace to ensure ergonomic handling.

This year we are extending the holidays a bit and are still hanging on one or the other day off. Our company will be closed from Christmas Eve, 24th December to Tuesday, 1st January. From 2nd January we are back for you.
