The new inspection and rework module for checking of the PCBs or entire panel. The PCB or the panel can be safely attached and reworked from both sides. A lockable pivot bearing makes it possible to freely fix the product in a swiveling range of 270 degrees.
Afterwards for example cleaning work, such as the removal of solder pearls or a repair soldering can be performed. Diverse fixing elements also allow the attachment of protruding elements such as plugs. The inspection module is suitable for a panel size up to 330 × 330 mm. The large-area products can be support against deflection during processing. The device is ESD-suitable and consists of anodized aluminium.
