SCS manufactures universal coating frames and product-specific coating carriers for your conformal coating process.

SCS supplies universal coating frames made of anodised aluminium. They are available in different dimensions whilst our range also includes various attachments for upgrading. The universal coating frame is suitable for all common coating systems and can be adapted to different PCB layouts without any tools. Apart from that, it is also suitable for AOI and flying probe systems.

Product-specific coating carriers made of anodised aluminium facilitate the handling of the PCBs to be coated, whilst optimising the assembly times for the conformal coating process. Upon request, the coating carriers may also be designed for double-sided coating of the PCB thanks to constructive solutions and special fixing elements. A second assembly process may thus be dispensed with.
