The automatic assembly module
We are planning to develop a number of innovative devices this year. Fresh from the development department: with our automatic assembly module, the two different flexible PCBs will be brought into a predefined shape and then inserted into a plastic housing.
The customer`s traceability requirement for this process is ensured via communication with an iTAC system.

Our task: The customer would like to perform his complete production line in mixed operation with PCBs of different widths without interrupting production. For the assembly, soldering and final measurement processes you need a universal frame, which can easily accommodate the PCBs with a width of 120 mm to 250 mm. The PCB should also be able to turned through 180 degree to edit the back side. Our new developed universal frame fits this task perfectly. The PCB width can be set easily and safety.

Our new products at the productronica 2019
Productronica is getting closer. The fair in Munich will open its doors within two weeks. We invite you to visit us at our booth in hall A4, booth 553. First of all, we would like to give you a taste of our new products.
For this year's core topic "Accurate, automated and reliable conduct of the complex processes", we present our new mounting module. Experience live how high-precision PCB products, such as Flex printed circuit boards in plastic holding structures are joined. Simple handling enables short process times.
The new inspection- and reworking module will also be presented for the first time. The PCB or the entire panel will be safety recorded at this device and then checked and reworked from both sides.

Easy inspection and rework
The new inspection and rework module for checking of the PCBs or entire panel. The PCB or the panel can be safely attached and reworked from both sides. A lockable pivot bearing makes it possible to freely fix the product in a swiveling range of 270 degrees.
Afterwards for example cleaning work, such as the removal of solder pearls or a repair soldering can be performed. Diverse fixing elements also allow the attachment of protruding elements such as plugs. The inspection module is suitable for a panel size up to 330 × 330 mm. The large-area products can be support against deflection during processing. The device is ESD-suitable and consists of anodized aluminium.
The new individually tailor-made storage and transport module as perfect retainer for high-quality EOL test equipment
The new system line of storage and transport modules is developed individually for your requested. No matter which shape your components have, we create the right nest to hold your high-quality equipment such as test adapters, test electronics boxes or product carriers for test systems efficiently and safely.
The full pull-out units can be equipped with conductive POM-ELS moldings for defined positioning of the equipment. The number of full sliding modules is variable. The pull-out control allows that only one sliding module per column is active. That ensures stability of the entire transport module.
The SCS systems are produced in RAL 7035 color, ESD-suitable powder-coated and delivered pre-assembled ready for use.
The picture shows a mobile SCS storage and transport module with two lockable front doors with windows and 15 full pull-out units. The ESD-suitable castors have two total locks, which secure the module while standing. The corpus is two-column and offers sufficient space for test electronics boxes and the appropriate product carriers. Additional, a full pull-out unit is provided for the maintenance equipment and the corresponding tools always handy.
